As a fit eighty-two-year-old I have been a former all-round sportsman, physical education teacher, life-coach, columnist and author of two popular health books.

I’m on a mission to both walk-the-talk and talk-the-talk with as many people as possible about their health and fitness.

As a former rest home owner and founder of Eat For Keeps, a programme which helped thousands of people with weight and diabetes issues, I feel fairly well qualified for and passionate about helping people to increase their number of years in good health.

Do you try more to be original, or to deliver to readers what they want?

It’s important to be innovative and provide helpful concepts that readers may not have heard of before, and at the same time deliver to readers what you have promised in your book blurb.

What is it about your chosen genre that you love?

I love seeing people achieve life-changing results. I have seen thousands of people lose weight, improve or reverse type 2 conditions and improve other health issues. It’s like magic and sometimes only requires a few simple food and lifestyle changes.
