What authors did you dislike at first, but grew into?
Jay Kristoff – enjoyed the stories, the footnotes in one series were a little jarring at first, but now i love the little added pieces of information.
How do you select the names of your characters?
Often a name comes to me, occasionally I will look up names with strong meaning regarding the background of the character the name is for.
If you had to do something differently as a child or teenager to become a better writer as an adult, what would you do?
Write more, share more
Did you ever consider writing under a pseudonym? Why?
I kind of already do. Mostly to keep my writing life and my professional life seperate.
